To share your files, you just need to share the link directly. The link will expire in 7 days. You can choose to export the audio, transcript, summary, and mind map.

Yes. You can access PLAUD WEB(https://app.plaud.ai/) on your Mac to access or manage your files.

Please make sure the "PLAUD PRIVATE CLOUD" is enabled on the PLAUD App first and then log into PLAUD WEB using the same credentials you use for the App. Then, your files will show up on PLAUD WEB.

Here are the steps to enable "PLAUD PRIVATE CLOUD":

1. Go to the "Me" page on the App.

2. Click "PLAUD PRIVATE CLOUD" to turn on PLAUD CLOUD.

If you have enabled PLAUD PRIVATE CLOUD, you will not lose your data when you reinstall the PLAUD App.
