Here are the steps I would recommend if your payment does not go through:
1. Check your payment method. First, check that the payment method you have on file (e.g. credit card, PayPal) is correct and still valid. Log into your account to confirm the details are up-to-date.

Please make sure the "PLAUD PRIVATE CLOUD" is enabled on the PLAUD App first and then log into PLAUD WEB using the same credentials you use for the App. Then, your files will show up on PLAUD WEB.
Here are the steps to enable "PLAUD PRIVATE CLOUD":
1. Go to the "Me" page on the App.
2. Click "PLAUD PRIVATE CLOUD" to turn on PLAUD CLOUD.
1. Click the icon on the top left of the Files page.
2. Click the search bar.
3. Then, you can search for your recordings via data range, file location, or transcription status.
If you have enabled PLAUD PRIVATE CLOUD, you will not lose your data when you reinstall the PLAUD App.
After reinstalling the app, simply turn on the PLAUD PRIVATE CLOUD, and your files will reappear in the app.
