Return & Refund Policy
- Please email support@plaud.ai with (1) Your Order Number and (2) the SN(Serial Number) of the product.
- The returned item(s) must be in good condition, maintain their original quality and function, and include all accessories and original packaging.
- Refund Process: After we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect it within a few days. The refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, and you will receive a notification email once it's initiated. The actual time to receive the refund depends on your bank’s processing speed.
- Please email support@plaud.ai with a detailed description of the issue. Include pictures or a video demonstrating the problem, and a picture of the entire package.
- All returned item(s) must be in their original condition, without any signs of use, and must be sealed in the original packaging.

PLAUD Gift Card redeemed products are excluded from our 30 Days Free-reason Return Policy. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or nonfunctional item, you can return the product for an exchange or a full refund of spent gift card balance within 7 days of receipt.
