When will your order ship?

The first batch (orders placed before September 6th, PDT):
Cosmic Grey: will start shipping in late September 2024.
Lunar Silver and Sunset Purple: will start shipping within October 2024.

The second batch (orders placed from Sep.6th to Oct.24th PDT): All colors will start shipping within October 2024.

The third batch (orders placed after Oct.24th PDT):
All colors will start shipping within November to December 2024.

We offer worldwide shipping. Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

How long will shipping take?
Orders are typically delivered within 7-16 business days. We do not process shipments on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, there might be slight delays in delivery. In such cases, we will send you an email reminder. Please allow a few extra days, especially if there are adverse weather conditions affecting deliveries.
